I bought furniture from this store many many months ago. My furniture was damaged and I have tried getting it replaced only to be told "We will repair it instead", with no resolution. I am still waiting and it's been 6 months! No one ever returns phone calls. Managers promise to call you back, but don't. Their furniture is beautiful, but they refuse to admit fault in damages, and have given me complete hell to get it corrected. I will never buy from the Home department again!
Linda in Dillard's Women at Baybrook Mall was so helpful. I appreciated the attention and assistance she gave me looking for new clothes for my New job. I will look for her again and start my shopping at Dillard's.
Waited 30+ minutes in the furniture area and I had to ask for help multiple times and the customer service desk kept saying they would send someone over. Why do they have furniture on display if no one is available to SELL it?!?!

Whenever I come from Scotland to stay with family in League City, my first stop when shopping is at Dillard's Baybrook, , my favourite store. I buy lots of clothes there and am always pleased with my purchases. Suffice to say. I love Dillard's.
