I just want to let everyone know how incredible Angela Johnson and her team are at Farmers. I have dealt with many agencies before but these ladies do not go the extra mile, they go the extra 100 miles!! we are so fortunate to have them as our insurance representatives because they truly have their customers best interest at heart whether we are at fault or not. They are all so kind, personable and caring and lets face it when you need to deal with insurance issues that's the kind of support you need. I really can't say enough about how they have been there for us even at the expense of their own tragedies. During the Hurricane these ladies were working from their cars and taking calls, I was so moved and impressed by that especially after hearing the horror stories in the office and their personal dealings with their insurance.
