I really like Kay jewelers as a company. This store however is not run well (in my opinion). I went in looking to purchase a birthday gift and stood there for 8 minutes without one person even saying hello to me. I even stood right in front of one of the ladies, she was at her desk and I was looking right at her. There was one other customer in there, so they weren't busy (In my opinion). This was my second time there and the first time I had to ask for help as no one wanted to help (it seemed this way to me). I came back again to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's hard to imagine this company/store doesn't want my business :( ... I've decided to never shop here again unless management changes or at least receives new training. As I mentioned, I do however like Kay jewelers as a company. I've shopped at one in Arizona and they were ALWAYS so helpful :) so I guess I'll be shopping online with Kay instead. Or whenever I'm in AZ. I'm just disgusted with this store.
We've been standing at the register, waiting to pick up a ring being repaired. It's been 20 minutes and no one has even acknowledged us and we are ignored as if we're invisible. This is horrible customer service. Too many other jewelers to choose from. We won't be back.

We were looking something as a wedding gift. Nobody came to us though there were no other customers at that time. After looking ourselves for at least 15 mins a lady came. She was so rude and she even misbehaved. Zero ethics. Very poor customer service. Ended up buying really expensive diamond ring from zales. Kay jewelers need to buy some new well trained staff.
